2 New Classes Starting next week (week beginning the 31st August)

Two new classes are starting at BRB.  These will both be lunch time classes which run for 45 mins.

Wednesday 12.15-1pm - Kettlebell Training (a mixture of strength/skill based training and endurance/fatloss work, open to beginners with zero kettlebell experience)

Friday - Modified Strongman Training for fitness/weightloss.  12.15-1pm.  Once again no experience necessary.  Push sleds, use ropes, atlas stones and other strongman equipment for a full body workout like nothing you will find in a commercial gym.

£5 per class per person.  Minimum of 4 people required for class to run.  Please contact Phil on 07788268672 if you are coming (text message with name and the class you intend to attend is fine)
